Excellent Customer Service!!  The staff is very knowledgeable and great at communicating any issues regarding your car repairs.  The prices are reasonable.  It's nice to have a local business that offers emissions testing.  Best car wash in town!!

Hartland Service has provided excellent service every time my car has been in their hands. Their staff is personable, professional and their prices are always reasonable with respect to any other place I have been quoted. I have had repairs done in a timely manner and in instances that they have needed my vehicle for an extended amount of time, they even provided a loaner to offset the time I would've been without. I look forward to continue my relationship with this establishment in the near future!

I spent a few years and a few vehicles coming to Hartland Service before I learned my lesson.  If you do not have a fancy new car or a ton of money to spend - don't come here. I came to them when my car sprang a fuel leak due to rust on an older car. I am a single working mother who needed her car fixed fast so I could get my child to school on Monday. What I received was the brush-off. They made it abundantly clear that they had no desire to do anything to my car, in fact they flat-out told me to "spend 10k and get a new one". My car has always run and driven fine. I have had it serviced over the years for little things that go wrong with older cars like leaks, brakes etc. I suppose if I had a nice classic car that had a rusty fuel line leak I would have been treated with more respect. Instead, they threw a huge number at me to fix my car to scare me away because frankly - they did not want my business. This is further evidenced by the auto shop that is fixing my car as we speak for LESS THAN ONE THIRD the cost of the price that Hartland Service quoted me. This service station's staff was arrogant, disrespectful, and pushed my years of loyal business out the door; along with everyone I know or am related to as I will be spreading the word about the horrible treatment I received.

Owner was pleasant. The 8 foot and 7.5 foot car washes are the only ones that I know of in SE Wisconsin! I have a custom built, wheelchair accessible van.  It measures 7'-9" tall. It doesn't fit in any standard wash. I would need to take it to a "do it yourself" wash. Living life in a wheelchair makes that option difficult.  I thought I was going to have a dirty van forever. If I give them some advanced notice they will even bring it into their detailing shop and vacuum it for me. Amazing and touching! I am looking forward to having that email do a full detail on it and make it shine inside and out!!  Thank you.

My son broke my truck, and J&J Towing came within 15 minutes to pick it up and deliver it to Hartland Auto. Gorgeous equiptment and very professional yet friendly and laid back tow guy. The Repair shop was very clean and professional, fixed my truck fast and the bill was way less than I expected. Thanks guys!
