Really friendly but would not complete oil change because they could not get my shield off my car after they tried for about 20 min, took it elsewhere and they removed it in less than 1 min

New management is fantastic.  Really felt like my car/oil change was important to them.  Ran through options for additional services but wasn't a sales pitch more FYI.  Will go back again as long as that team of employees/management is in place.

Tech pretended to check fluid levels but only filled washer fluid. Just touched what caps he could find and then moved on.  My radiator and power steering were left with low fluid.
