This restaurant went above and beyond to assist me in catering food to the staff of two units at MGH. I cannot thank Mike enough , the general manager, for being so helpful! He helped me decide what food to bring to the nursing staff, even helped deliver! The nurses were beyond grateful and were beyond excited to have pizzas. Which they said were delicious! I also dined in one night and the Greek chopped salad was wonderful. Super fresh. Great customer service and food all around !
Above average food and good service. My family and I came in for an early dinner and the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server was friendly and our food came out after about 25 minutes. I ordered a chicken cesear salad, and the chicken was seasoned well. All of my family members liked their food. Overall, the food was great and we had a positive experience.
We sat down to a fairly empty restaurant around 1:30pm for lunch. It took a while to get our waters, but our waiter was very pleasant. Food was good. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and it appeared clean, but when the lamp on the table caught my eye, I noticed it was disgustingly dirty. So was the floor under the table. I was mortified. There’s no excuse for this! I will not be back.
I was quite delighted to have my first seafood experience in Boston at Harvard Gardens. I was super pleased to have the delicious fish and chips a beer battered halibut cooked to perfection. The dish was complimented with a light flavorful slaw that left me wanting more.
Went here for brunch on Sunday when they opened at 10:30. 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Sat right away - the place was large and almost totally empty. Very friendly server who was sweet to the kiddos. Food was great too. Straight forward and not pretentious, but all delicious. All of us said we would probably not eat too much before the food came out. All of us cleaned our plates once we started eating. Strange how few people were dining here considering how good our experience was. If you are looking for a very easy to get in to brunch spot with good food and service definitely give them a shot.
Update : I increased the overall star rating from 1 to 3 stars because the Manager accepted that a mistake had been made & apologized. That’s accountability right there . Note - No refund was offered for this increase in rating so this is still unbiased perspective. Came in from Pittsfield and stayed at the Liberty hotel. Harvard Gardens was nearby and I was impressed by the reviews so I ordered a bunch of food. Not only did they pack my burger on top of my sundae, they added a slice of a very gross looking, unpeeled avocado on my sandwich. The hamburger was ordered medium rare and it was just raw. Please don’t ruin $70 + minimum 18% gratuity like I did.
Kaleigh was exceptional! She was super friendly and tentative. Food was absolutely outstanding! It was hard to decide what to choose as everything looked worth trying! Great ambiance.Food: 5/5
Great food and variety, especially for the price. Large menu! Great sports watching and TVs all over the restaurant. Bar is fun too. Michael the manager is amazing with great service and special care to his customers. Fun, overall great value in this location!
Came here for brunch with my toddler on a Sunday. It was very easy to get a table as lots of seats were free. They have NFL playing on the tv's. We ordered the chicken tenders from the kids menu and the avocado toast. Avocado toast was great. Bacon was extra crispy and the home fries were really good way better than the regular fries. The server was very attentive and provided good recommendations. The place was empty and the vibe was lacking. Parking: Parking is hard to find in this area. I was able to find some on the weekend but had to park quite far away. Kid-friendliness: Had a decent kids menu with a few options.
Fantastic food and service! The server team saw the mood at our table we had recently been hit in a car accident and provided excellent service and even gave us dessert to try to cheer us up. Thank you! It meant a lot to us after a very difficult day. Highly recommend this restaurant!Food: 5/5
