They will absolutely try everything to rip you off and never fix anything, same complains as everyone else. And their staff at the one I lived at is completely untrained and know nothing of apartments or maintenance.

Be Aware and keep away! They will try everything to rip you off! Do not be fooled by the rent price, the place stinks.

I have lived at one of their properties in Vernon, Jeffrey apartments to be exact.  These people REFUSE to fix anything!!!!!  all the apartments have the same complaints, leaks in the bathroom causing mold to grow, which then lead to the kitchen ceiling leaking.   illegal stairs in the back, which is a hazard, faulty electrical wiring, and so much more.  They are now trying to "fix" the place up by mowing the patch of dirt and grass in the front and sweeping the sidewalks, but this place has a ways to go!!!!!
