Eli Joseph was our listing agent. Terrible service. Awful communication. Misled us many times and didn’t show up when he said he would or at all on some occasions. No one in their office seems to communicate either. Huge wast of my family’s time.

We just bought a HUD home with John Zubretsky, and anyone who knows HUD will know that achievement is close to miraculous. John knew and understood all of their requirements, he skillfully guided us, and in response to our many questions he was always fast with his replies (or even immediate). We were never left wondering or worrying, just at peace and with a total understanding of what was going on, in the midst of a very difficult transaction. John really knows his stuff, in terms of both experience in dealing with these situations and in general of how to run his company. We are two very impressed home buyers.

James Wellman has got to be the worst real estate person ever. He will bumble everything from start to finish then try to push you into something you don't want to do. He has no business being in the real estate industry. Do not use this guy!

We are so thankful to have had John help us find our first home! John was nothing but patient, knowledgeable and readily available, making the whole process seamless beginning to end. John went above and beyond to answer countless questions and work through busy schedules to accommodate what we needed and when we needed it. Buying your first home can be stressful and time consuming, but thanks to John our experience was flawless. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to contact John- we are so grateful for all his hard work!
