Beware! After having a previous audit on 2015 taxes he claimed he could help. Sat on taxes for about 6 months DID NOTHING!! Due to him sitting on our taxes, we incurred penalties and interest charges! He even claimed he mailed our return info to us in mail, never received. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AND YET HE CLAIMED HE DID OUR TAXES FOR FREE, LIAR!!!

I was audited and than when I called them for assistance to help resolve it I had set up 2 appointments to come talk to them in person in which they bailed both times. Than when I called again numerous times there were no answers and a full voicemail where you can't leave a message.
