Tomer was awesome to work with. He was very receptive in responding and helpful in every process of my first home purchase. He guided me on everything I needed to know. Being that this was my first big home purchase, I thank him again and again for really guiding me every step of the way till closing. He would make sure that I was given the proper instructions and also helped resolve any issues we had along the way. You will not be disappointed with him, he is professional and knows this industry well.

I and my wife recently moved to NYC from out-of-state, and were anxious about being able to find an apartment that fit our requirements in a timely manner. Tomer not only helped us find us an apartment that fit our needs, but also made sure that our specific requests were communicated to the building owners and completed by move-in date. We appreciated his sense of urgency, and were thankful for the flexibility he offered us because of our busy schedule. I highly recommend him, and would employ his services if we ever decided to change apartments/building.

My husband and I were looking for a rental apartment, and it was becoming a very stressful task, we were not finding what we were looking for in any of the ones we saw. Fortunately, we found Tomer who is very knowledgeable, listens to your expectations, and is willing to go the extra mile to make it work for his clients. For some reason, Tomer immediately projected confidence and honesty to us, and gained two loyal clients for the future. We will definitively recommend Hatuka Properties for anyone looking for a stress-free real estate business.

I had a great experience working with Hatuka Properties. They are very professional and honest people to work with. Tomer was excellent and highly organized. He helped me find a good rental property and completed all my paperwork in just 2 days. Highly recommended!!!

Our experience with Tomer surpassed our expectations! He is very personable as well as professional, which we valued tremendously. 

We found one of his listings but ended up not renting that one. We had a very specific time frame and he was able to find us a rental that hadn't even been listed but he knew it'd be perfect for us! Tomer arranged a showing and we were impressed. The listing exceeded our needs and overall essentials.

His character and availability were added bonuses that will keep us loyal to his business in the future. We appreciate him very much!
