My wife and I were looking for a 1-bedroom apartment in Forest Hills, and we had specific conditions that were very important to us. Among them were great natural light, 750+ sq. ft., and proximity to the 71st subway station. 

Jason from Madison Realty had a great list of apartments in FH, and on short notice, showed me several great apartments. I had relied on a few other brokers before, so I immediately knew that Jason was genuine in trying to satisfy my specifications. At the same time, he wasn't "pushy"; rather, he was patient, allowed me time to think and speedily and competently handled the application process once I have made my decision.

I'd highly recommend him to whoever is looking for a rental apartment in FH. 

P.S. This review is specific to only Jason. I don't wish to speak for Madison Realty, because I interacted with another broker from Madison Realty, and didn't enjoy that experience one bit.

I promised Luis I'll write a thorough and honest review and that is my intention here... Because of Luis and his diligent work, I now reside in an amazing apartment in Briarwood. Luis went above and beyond to get me leased up despite the fact that I presented few challenges other brokers would simply never deal with...  I would highly recommend Luis Briones of Madison Realty in Forest Hills to anyone who is seeking apartment in Queens and particularly to those who may have obstacles, but are honest about their past and can illustrate progress or improvement. Luis is very honest and very caring, and although his fee can feel like it is substantial, it is within reason in comparison to other brokers.  Luis is an absolutely awesome guy and he will be of service to those who are in need and stressed out by the apartment seeking process, which is not a small feat in NYC. Please do not hesitate and contact Luis to help you make this process less stressful and have a successful outcome.

It was great experience with Jason, he quickly response to my apt issue after move in. He is very helpful with finding apt and negotiating with landlord. He is patient and respectful. Let's go Jason!

Jason at Madison Reality helped us find an apartment for my mother-in-law who was moving to Queens from out of state. It was an emotional move for her (after twenty years in the same apartment), and Jason was patient and understood what she needed to make the transition comfortable. He was responsive to our questions, accommodating, honest, and generally got back to us quickly. He charged a fee of 15% annual rent, and for her a great, reasonably priced rental in a well managed building not too far from our place in Jackson Heights.

I cannot rave enough about my experience with Jason from Madison Realty.

Needless to say I was in a dire situation to move and had about two weeks in total to look and find a new apartment, sign whatever paperwork, and move all belongings, on a "moderate" budget (by NYC standards) as well in the Forest Hills area.

I was concerned with several items - space, safety, close to amenities (supermarket and transportation) - all of which Jason listened to.

Jason took the time to show me several properties (in a tight deadline nonetheless) until I found a new 1BR apartment that exceeded even my high expectations. The 1BR in a great part of Forest Hills close to all main street amenities, and ticked off all the 'must-haves' on my list. Jason worked with me, keeping me involved each step of the process to secure my new home and taking the time out to ensure I was settled in my home even after my move.

I've worked with several other brokers and realtors over the years in Queens and Manhattan and Jason is the best. He is accommodating, courteous, efficient, kind, respectful, sensitive, and smart. All admirable traits in such a volatile market in this city.

Five stars, thumbs up! Thank you so much to Jason, and the Madison Realty team!
