We were promised the world when we had a representative come to our home for a quote for a new security system.  Now that the install is complete and they have our money, Hawkeye hasn't followed through with their end of the deal. We haven't received a copy of our contract, our motion detectors are faulty, and they haven't sent a copy of our certificate to our insurance company as promised. BBB complaint is our next step.

We need a home security system after our home was broke into.  We found Hawkeye Security and were very happy with the price and service.  We have now had our security system with Hawkeye for over 2 years and we have peace of mind that our home is now protected.  Thank you Hawkeye.

Just reaching out to let you know how happy we are with the Security System and how great the install went.  Joey and Christopher did a wonderful job.  I am amazed by the way they were able to get all the wires run through the house without leaving holes.  Joey was very knowledgeable on the product and did great explaining how to use the system.  I can confidently refer Hawkeye out to friends and family.
