History: The Koch Family moved their retail business to Hawthorn Woods in 1993 from what was called Kochs Lucky Acre. To Uncle Louie and Aunty Ruths Farm property. In 2000 we built the new facility, with a 1860s barn as the centerpiece Most of the new store was decorated with old barn memorabilia.
