I have owned a Sub Zero all refrigerator and all freezer for the last 12 years.  My units were used and built in 1978.  Sterling did a phenomenal job of servicing them and keeping them humming.  My repairs were minimal considering their age and service was excellent.  I recently bought the 600 series all refrigerator and all freezer units and had Sterling install them.  With regular cleaning and maintenance from Sterling, these things will run for another 30 years.  Sterling is excellent and if you have invested in a high end appliance, call Sterling for your service.  It is well worth it.  You change the oil in your car right?  Highly recommend.

this place is wonderful, i've had my regular refrigeration guy come and he seems like he has no clue how to work on Sub-zeros and i call the company and they refer me to Sterling, i had the greatest service from these guys, in fact the two gentlemen who came were relatively young, but had a great deal of knowledge and i feel as if they know more than my normal guy whos been doing this kind of work for at least 20 years, i highly recommend this company to anyone with Sub-Zero or Wolf products.
