Would give it less if I could.  I brought in 6 freshly laundered shirts to be  IRONED ONLY.  One shirt ends up with stains that weren't on it when I brought it in.  I told them not to do anything, just return it.  My man (who stands 6'4"...I'm 5'7"...) brought shirts in as well.  Although my shirts were collared and button down...they charged me $3.57 to iron my shirts and charged my man $2.00 to dry clean and starch his shirts.  When I asked why I was charged more Linda told me "because yours' are blouses."  Then, after telling me she removed the cost of the shirt that hadn't been ironed, proceeded to charge me for it until I called her on it.   

NEVER AGAIN!!  I hope the $17.85 they got out of me to iron 5 shirts was worth it because I won't set foot in there again and neither will my man.

I brought in 6 suits to be PRESSED ONLY, for a Wedding.  Not only was I charged,, then called an hour later saying that I had been "under-charged" and needed to pay more when I returned.  But when I picked up the Suits, Only The Pants were pressed. The Jackets looked worse than before.  This was a horrible experience.
