We have made the best decision for choosing Dr. Hay to do the surgery for our son Jonathan’s finger. Jonathan’s surgery went so well and smooth. My husband and I and Jonathan as well can’t thank you enough for the great work you have on his finger Dr. David. Jonathan is recovering so well thanks God. May god bless you always. We need more great dorctors around like you. Thank you again!

Best ortho hand surgeon in southern california. He operated on my broken thumb and Im moving it without pain post op day 4!

Never, ever close to on time. Chronically overlooks. Books 5 people for same 15 minute slot? Booked an early morning appointment to avoid this, did not make any difference. Has also told me I needed surgery one appt and another appt I did not but the joint certainly did not heal itself. I do doubt I needed the surgery in the first place.

Worst experience at a doctor's office ever. It was my first time there and I called to schedule an appointment at the Anaheim location. I was told to get there early to complete paperwork and even got a text message to confirm my appointment. I waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half and still haven't been called by their staff at all. The office did not tell me that Dr. Hay wss running behind or anything like that. It would've been nice if I got a text message that said that so that I wouldn't waste my time waiting in the lobby. After waiting for an hour, I came to the front desk to ask them how much longer and that I needed to get out of there at a certain time. The office assistant assured me after calling the doctor's assistant that I would get out in time. 30 minutes past and I still haven't been called by anyone. I was so upset I cancelled my appointment and walked out. The office staff apologized but didn't seem apologetic at all. I will be looking for another doctor who's staff is more attentive. This is a review only of the office staff. Since I didn't get a chance to meet Dr. Hay, I cannot attest to his skills.
