I had a dental appointment with these people and they are so dishonest. I have dental insurance and these people wanted $300.00 plus insurance,to clean my teeth. I had my new x rays sent, and these people claimed they did not get them. I called my old dentist and he sent these people the x rays 2 times. I then called my insurance provider and they said that these people were trying to over charge me, by $300.00. I called them back, after they refused to honor my appointment and I told them my old dentist-sent the X-rays and I had called my insurance provider. They then admitted they had the x rays. But still want $300.00 to clean my teeth. I feel they are dishonest and unprofessional.

Claimed my dental insurance did not pay for my daughters X-rays so they made us pay upfront. I had to request 4 almost 5 months later for them to file the claim with my insurance, in order for my health care spending to cover it, and surprise over 40% of the bills was paid. No apology or explanation. Very disappointing. I can not comment on their dental work just on their office shanagans.

My daughter liked them so that is why I am giving 3 stars.

Best place I have ever worked. The dentists and staff truly care about each patient and will always go above and beyond to make you feel safe--even if you hate the dentist. Wonderful, gentle environment to be in.

I have been a patient at Hayes Family Dentistry for about five years.  I travel ninety miles round trip to get to their office.  It's not that they are the only dental office available to me it is because they are the best I've found.

I've met most of the staff.  Without exception they are friendly and professional.  When the situation allows they present an array of treatment options available and they take the time to fully discuss the positives and negatives.  I've had everything from simple cleanings to crown and implant procedures. The cost for treatment is laid out in detail in advance for the more significant undertakings.  

I recommend them without reservation.
