Horrible place! Dr.Stone is unprofessional and dramatic.this place is all about the mighty dollar.BEWARE!   Dear Dr. Stone,
I'm writing concerning some of the horrible experiences I’ve had at Cane Ridge Dental. I've seen you approximately 3 times over the years. It’s only taken me one time to realize that your bedside manner is very rude and unprofessional. Before my last visit I expressed to my wife that I hoped you didn't work there anymore. During my last visit you were ruder than the previous two visits. When I left I realized that I didn’t want you with your horrible energy working on me. After going to 2 other dentists where I received great customer service and less drama, I decided to move on. I now work with a dentist that is less dramatic and more respectful of me as a customer. You consistently addressed me as "honey" instead of Mr. Adams which was disrespectful to my wife who was sitting in the room. I believe you treat African-Americans according to how you feel about yourself. I can't help but wonder if I were a white guy sitting in your chair would you have talked to me in a more appropriate and professional tone.
I am an award-winning poet and a successful business owner that has earned the right to be spoken to correctly and treated professionally.

I visited there in 2015 for the first time with my wife and they did several examinations plus x-ray for single teeth. Also In 2016 I visited for myself to deep fill, but they charged me a Sum for 3 teeth. Then after the pain existed as it's and I understood that the deep filling was fake. Then they promised to refund my money 4 months ago but not yet. All the time they're telling me to receive by mail. I robbed.

I went there years ago, and they tried to up sell me from a $400 procedure to one over $2,000. I took my business elsewhere. Today I sent my girl there as a last resort. They poked and prodded her after she told them how much pain she was in. To make things worse, they knew her insurance wouldn't be accepted but made her appointment anyway. So not only is she in MORE pain, she also wasted her only off day. She desperately wanted to get this work done before her vacation. BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

They flat out lied to me about what needed work. I knew I had problems, but they only told me some of them because "we thought if we told you everything, you wouldn't get any work done."

The root canal they did hurt for months afterwards and needed to be corrected.

Beware...  this is an 18 chair money machine office.  They will lure you in with $59 cleaning and xrays, only to charge you extremely high prices for a lot of work that is fringy at best. The dentist told me I have to have a root canal on a tooth and that he could perform the work in 15 minutes super safe, easy, pain free..  Cost $1383.   That's slightly less than $100 per minute.   Going for a 2nd opinion now.  I managed to get out of there with only $59 which should have been cut in 1/2 since the didn't do the cleaning.
