We have used Hayes Realty exclusively among our family as well as other relatives.  Brad and Stephanie Hayes go above and beyond to “do their homework” and determine the appropriate buy/sell comparatives.  They respond to calls and texts in a quick manner and truly represent you.  Highly Recommend

Susan Altier did an amazing job as our realtor. Not only was she able to get us into the house that became our new home before anyone else but she was always available and worked hard in our interest during the negotiation process.

My apologies to Hayes for the earlier review my phone was used by someone other than myself. In my experience with the rental company. They have been helpful and the stuff has been friendly. They do a good job of getting back to you if something needs to be taken care of. You don't have to worry about them popping up out of nowhere just to pester you or anything like that. They have a nice variety of places to choose from and can fit most budgets. Like every place you can rent from they are not perfect but they are one of the better ones out there. Me and my fiance have rented from them and have nothing be good things to say. 😎🏘️

A ok place to rent from. I don't like it when you have a landlord on your neck every few days. I like it less when you pay and never get anything done if you call because of a problem. Hayes on the other hand look out for their renters. Nice staff and work with you. Not the best in the world but a nice company all together. I would recommend them. 👍👌

Hayes Realty is the worst company I've ever rented from. They never answer their phone, absolutely never return calls or messages, and take entirely too long to reply to emergencies (example- our garage doors not working, and 8 units being unable to leave for work, showed up 6 hours later to look at problem, not fixed until the following day)

If you don't have to rent from them, find another trustworthy company.

EDIT: There is no confusion, we make our rent check out to Hayes Realty.
