We were looking at a Duplex. We have 2 cats. Andrea Fornicola kept telling us the landlord was unsure about the cats. Then she texted us and said fill out a rental application. Not saying if pets were ok. Why have us fill out an application if she was still unsure of the cats.  It cost us $40.00. Then no word from her. We had to contact her to find out we didn't get it. Obviously they just wanted our money. Very unprofessional. We had a viewing of the duplex with her. When we asked her questions about the place, it was like she didn't know much about the duplex. No credit check was ever done, I checked my report. part of the $40 should of went to that. Now she has all of our information.  Stay away from Keller William's. They are greedy car salesman. I would give zero stars if I could. All Keller Williams did was waste our time and money. Don't deal with Andrea Fonicola or Keller Williams Legacy group.
