I would not recommend Mr DePaz based on experience and poor attitude. He kept a room of professionals waiting on him while he was late to a conference call, and failed to read up on the agenda prior to the scheduled call. He then arrogantly cited inaccurate information and sent rude emails to our professional team, trying to steam roll professionals 10-20 years his senior. Although not a client, my experience with him speaks for itself. Just a fresh out of school attorney with no big firm experience wielding a law degree around as if it were a sword, lacking experience and manners.

When I first contacted Haynes and De Paz to represent me in a dispute with my HOA I was not sure they would actually be able to help me. I could not have been more wrong! Both Attorneys Haynes and De Paz worked on my behalf and resolved the matter to my best interest and satisfaction with professionalism and timeliness.  Their Legal Assistant is also awesome and very respectful of their client's time and stress level.  I sincerely recommend this firm without reservation and confidence that they will serve you with the same level of expertise and professionalism they did me!  EJB
