Doctor always helpful and knowledgeable! Nurses are friendly. Office very clean and love the fact you can call the doctor with any questions at anytime.

They were offering a free Physical at the Yvonne Scarlett golden center, and the staff was very rude and nasty to my children. I took my brother here to get a free sports physical. We were here since 5:30 and didn't get seen until 7:30. I was theee with my 4 kids and brother and the staff was rude to my children.

I love my experience there. Her staff was very polite and so was she.

Called to make a appointment for my wife and was told the office visit would cost $150 or $180 for a new patient. As they do not take any insurance but the lady on the phone told me you will get at least 15 min of Dr Haynes's time. I'm sorry to say this is one place I would never recommend to anyone at such a high cost this is insane.
