This place has the LONGEST waiting period of any doctors office I have ever seen. My wife and I have been the first ones there and it still took 2 hours between arriving and being actually seen by the doctor. Be ready to spend most of your day here. The Doctor does not seem like she even cares.

For people saying this place is great and it’s a doctors office so you should expect to wait. Yeah maybe 30-45 minutes behind schedule. Not 4 hours. This place is COMPLETELY disorganized Ive had a 1pm appointment didn’t get seen until 3:30, didn’t leave until 4:30ish because they had us waiting long in the room. the office staff was walking out the door and told me to leave my sons papers on a desk and they would get to it. That is extremely unprofessional. You don’t leave when patients are still being seen. If someone has an appointment you get to them in a reasonable amount of time or idk on time? Also after this I had an 8am appointment we were running 15 minutes late I called in and was told to not bother dr thorp is too busy. We were around the corner, as I explained and the women was extremely rude and said are you really just around the corner. So I proceeded with why does it matter if I’m 15 minutes late you people don’t know how to run an office making people sit there ALL DAY LONG anyway. I probably wouldn’t of been seen until 10am anyway. And to forget it we will be finding a new doctor.

First off. Listen to the other negative reviews as the are completely accurate and truthful. I did not listen and have found myself siding completely with them on both accounts. Upon making an appointment here don't bother planning anything for the rest of the day as you will soon find yourself waiting for someone to see you. The whole place was very very slow and yet it still took us 3 hours to be seen. Dont bother putting down anything for the reason you came in because the "Pediatrician" will not address ANYTHING that may be a concern and will ask the same questions repeatedly times infinity. She simply does not read the computer screen or the paper the nurse gives her. Horrible pediatrics and horribly organized. Will not be returning. I came here because I thought the drive too long for the old place, but the drive is worth a Dr. that will listen to our concerns. STAY AWAY if you care about your baby, child or care about time.

Very friendly staff, We didn't have to wait long for an appointment nor did we wait long at the office, your at the doctors it's not a in and out thing!!!! 5 stars definitely.. I've been taking my daughter there since she was born in 2005....
