To anyone looking for a place to book your next vacation I would absolutely look somewhere else! If you want a well planned, easy booking Haynie travel is not for you!!
We booked our Cancun vacation through them and nothing about it was easy or pleasant.  The charges kept going on and on ..a charge for this, then that , it got more expensive with each phone call.  When we arrived at our hotel we weren't even in the system tho I had booked thru Haynie travel months in advance! We had no reservations and no rooms available until hours after our arrival!!! When we did get rooms we had to pay another $500.00 on top of the $1000.00's already paid to them. Needless to say that our vacation didn't get off to the best start,and  all thanks to our travel agent who's name will be remain unmentioned tho if she reads this she will know exactly who I am referring to! We will DEFINITELY use another travel agency for our next vacation.  I was given her cell phone cell phone to use in case of any problems upon arrival at our hotel and of course she didn't answer her phone. I honestly didn't expect her to but why give the number if your not going to help??  Please pay attention if you don't want a mess made of your vacation! Definitely check with other agencies before even considering Haynie Travel! It's a big hassle!!!!!

Judy Bartow is wonderful! Very prompt with email, phone calls, and of course reserving trip accommodations. She first booked a trip for my parents and siblings (6 total) to Mexico and everything was great! She is now arranging my all inclusive honeymoon and I could not be more pleased!

I called Hayne Travel to handle a trip to Paris for myself, two daughters and mother-in-law.  She said she would get back to me the next day.  I called back three days later and wondered if she had any results.  I was told they had been extremely shorthanded she had forgotten and if I could wait, she was trying to find my info. on a note she had burried on her desk.  I said that wasn't acceptable and I'd go somewhere else.

I called Hanie Travel to see if they could help me with airfare for an upcoming trip. I know they have bigger fish to fry, with cruises and honeymoons - but good grief, I have never encountered a ruder person than the woman who answered the phone. With employees like this, it's safe to say that I will never call back.
