Owner met us at the designated place, was very knowledgable and friendly. Definitely a laid-back experience; he trusted us to take the boards out on our own since 2/3 of us had some experience. He gave us directions to some good stuff to see, but it was nice to be on our own. He also offered to accompany us, but we declined. The only "ding" that keeps me from giving the whole thing 5 stars is the bare-bones-ness of it. Having a store-front or designated business location would give a more professional vibe. That said, if you are a low-maintenance person (which I am), the trade-off is an excellent price on a couple hours of fun provided by a friendly, family-owned business. Give it a try!
