I was in DMV Hayward this morning with 10:30am appointment. My daughter was the one who lined up for me at the appointment line and grab the form. To make the story short I was called and when I was finally at the window a very rude, unprofessional employee named “RAJ” was the one who got my number. This person directly asked me if I have an appointment and I should lined up on the appointment line which in fact I will not get an appointment ticket if I don’t have any appointment(common sense). I even called my daughter to get the confirmation number. Are you suppose to question the customer if they have appointment or not? I have my ticket and I checked in based on my appointment time. This employee doesn’t deserve to work here. Very rude and unprofessional, doesn’t smile and talk with an attitude. “RAJ” is the name of this guy, very bad customer service

Why would someone make an appointment if the person at the front is not going to honor it? Let's also add this is the most irritable, unyielding, and inappropriate person who will only speak to you like a robot and despite you explaining that you made an appointment for two services (one of which is to apply for a CA license from an out of state license) will continue to tell you it's impossible to do both of those services in the same appointment. You will calmly explain that you made the appointment for both services and did so over a month ago, and he'll continue to tell you that it's not possible. Then you'll ask to speak to a supervisor who is nicer than the person at the front but will try to tell you it's impossible to make an appointment for both an out of state license and registering a vehicle in the same appointment. You'll go ahead and pull up the online appointment system and show him it is possible so he'll reluctantly grant you your appointment (you scheduled it a month ago after all).

The staff there is really rude. Yes, the line wait does go by fast, but I just think that they need to staff members. I DO NOT recommend people to got here at all! I only go there because it is close to where I live. Hayward DMV sucks.

This place is the worst place I have ever went into. There is a line of approx 80 people and they have one person at the desk to cover people with appointments and non appointments. The second person that's supposed to be at the desk swans off for a break and walks around and talks to colleagues while the line grows and grows. I have also been back there with the same form in the last five weeks and every time they need something  different which is so frustrating. They're also so ignorant. Please do not waste your time coming in here. They treat people like this so that you will stay away and it worked with me.

Worst DMV I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very rude and unreasonable and it’s funny because the most unreasonable and rude person is their MANAGER!! No wonder the place is a mess. Don’t go here people.
