The car buying process itself was fine but just pray you never need anything else from these people. I've been waiting for almost 2 months now to get info back from them to settle a GAP claim. My calls and emails either hit dead ends or are responded to with promises of "getting back to you tomorrow." But tomorrow never comes, does it, Ian? This is behavior I'd expect from some junk deal, not a place like the hazleton auto mall. Completely unacceptable.

Bad customer services.  Never emailed me back with pictures of a car they said was Un  drivable with undercarriage.  Car was easily fixed. They were over anxious for me to believe car was a mess. No pictures sent at my request,  I guess they didn't want me to really see

My name is michael koch i bought a 2007 hyundai santa fe it had 66000 mile i only had it for 1 year  and put 5000 miles on it and i been in the service department over 10 times for the same problem of the steering and then now the gas until bad and i bought a extended warranty to bumper to bumper , nate the salemale that work there since he not there anymore they said that the warranty only cover the power train which if you buy a car from them they give you a powertrain for free for life you have to watch this company they only care about sell you a car and dont care about  what happen after that there so many people that i talk to that tell you different thing and also they sell the car on ok vaule but they make up for it at the service department they dont stay good on there word even with a extended warranty . I bought from ken pollock
Volvo in wilkes barre i didnt have a warranty and they took care of everthing that when wrong with my car a new water pump and transmission free of charge that one dealship that care of there customer .

I bought my Sonata back in August. Leased it actually and its the first time I ever leased a vehicle. My salesman was great, I met the finance lady and the manager and they were all very nice and knowledgeable. So far I love this car. When my lease is up in 3 years I don't know yet if I'm going to keep this car or buy or lease another car, we will see how i feel in 2 and a half years but I do know one thing, I will be a repeat customer at Hazleton Hyundai.
