Nice and clean. Very friendly staff but like any dealer you bring your car to they will charge you crazy fees for super simple stuff like checking your check engine light. All in all I'd use them again but only for specific issues and not for a general complaint.

I have been trying to get a car (Nissan Armada) from this shop for the last week. We agreed in the price and we agreed to close the deal after to fix two minor issues with the car commented. We determined the day of the deliver with the salesman but one day before of it, he messaged to me to delay it because that particular day the "inventory manager" wont be in the dealer to close the deal (that to me is unbelievable for business this size).

I called and spoke with the sales manager whom told will call in few minutes with some updates regarding status of the car. Never call. I'm talking the head of the team in charge of sales in this dealer.

I went to the shop couple days later, I spoke with another salesman that told will call me back to set the delivery day in two hours, still waiting for any call or message after two days. 

After this experience, you can thing or either that the sales team of this dealer they don't car about to close new deals and sales cars or they don't want to sell the car to you for some reason that they don't want to disclose (and that is worse). 

Really unprofessional sales team !!.
