Having just recently moved to Myrtle Beach I needed to find a place to get my hair cut.  Sounds simple except for the fact that my hair stylist daughter has been cutting my hair for the past 20 years.  My standards are pretty high and I thought finding a replacement for my daughter was going to be pretty difficult.

Turns out I was totally wrong.  I found "He’s Not Here" online and based on the reviews decided to give them a visit.  I went there on a Monday, (didn’t realize they were closed) but they were doing some maintenance and the owner Patty was nice enough to give me a tour.  I was impressed and made an appointment with Amy for Wednesday.  Got there on time and was taken immediately.  Amy listened to my situation and took some notes given to me by my daughter.  The end result was a perfect haircut.  I was thrilled and even my wife agreed that it was “almost” as good as my daughters. :-)

The overall experience was as described by others, very easy going and very relaxing.  I will, of course, be going back.  I also plan to try their Spa services.

I came here from word of mouth reviews. Have received quality service everytime. Scheduling is received quickly through phone or social media by assistant, not by the person assisting you. Response time is prompt everytime.

So far I've had haircuts by 3 different stylist and I was happy with all three. This place is a treat compared to most barber shops. 
They use an old fashioned straight razor for shaving. 
They massage when they shampoo. 
The absolute best part is the hot cloth they put on your face when they wash your hair it has some sort of magical Teatree oil or something that opens up your pores and just feels heavenly. It's simply amazing. Like 10,000 little pixies are doing a river dance on your face.

The stylist are very kind and do a great job. They take suggestion and instructions well. They give you more than a haircut, they wash and product your hair and they will also give your scalp a massage. It's always a good day at the saloon.
