Arrived at 4:30 and told it would be 20 minutes. Left to run an errand and was back in 15 minutes. Waited until 5:15 when I was told that they had a 5:00 appt and appointments come first. Would have been considerate if I was told that at 4:30. They don’t care about their customers and I will never go back

had already called to see if they did all over color. was told yes so walked in a couple days later around 5:40. was very bluntly told it takes two hrs & they take their last color at 5pm (b/c they close at 7). makes sense, I simply wasn't thinking - however, the young brunette was not overly sympathetic nor concerned. Walked in at 5:01 a couple days later & requested a color & made it a point to mention i did NOT need a cut, or style or even a blow dry afterward that i would leave wet. an older blond not too politely said you have to be here at 5 (& points at their clock). I look & it's 5:01. So I say "so you can't take me one minute after 5 in addition to the fact that I don't need a style or blow dry afterward?" No, she says - not today. I told her "I'd find some place else" & she responds with a sarcastic "hmmmHMMM." This place is across the street from where I work & would have been incredibly convenient for cuts, as well as color. Now I know why they get low reviews..... they both could have cared less & incredibly unprofessional. Apparently, they do not need the business. Will NEVER go there. Will go to Caldwell Mill/Valleydale where they get great reviews.

They may cost slightly more than some other places, but they always do a great job.
