Worst hair cut I have EVER had in my life. This is what my bob looks like.With a bob you always blow dry and style to make sure hair is even and without tags. She did didn't do either. Next morning I had to go to work and people were telling me they had NEVER seen my hair cut look so uneven and I had tags everywhere and 2 inch pieces of hair hanging all around my head. Look at photos the blonde bob is s my haircut...hideous Going to have to pay another 20$ to get it fixed. DONNA COLLINS

Every time I go in there, there is only ONE stylist available, and it's the SAME one. The first time she cut my hair, she upcharged me an extra 5 dollars because she had to redo my bangs 3 or 4 times. I was okay with that at first since it did take a while. She cut my hair two other times after that and I was quite satisfied with my experience. I decided to be bold and get my bangs cut again recently. I even brought a picture of exactly what I wanted so there would be no way to screw up. She cut them and they were not at all how I wanted them. She then proceeded to say "if you want them shorter, you have to tip". Excuse me? You're demanding a tip?! No ma'am. So I politely explained that while the length was correct, the style was not how I wanted them, and showed her the picture again. She tried to argue and say that's not what I said when I got there, but I specifically said "exactly like the picture". So she re-cut them to the style of the picture, then used a round brush to make them curl (completely unlike the picture), so I had to walk out of there looking ridiculous. I have managed to style it at home somewhat how I wanted it, but it still isn't exactly what I wanted. I will not be going back.

I could've gotten a better haircut at home depot. 20$ for basically a buzz over. She cut it about two inches too short and thanks to the hackjob, I'll look like a twelve year old for the next week and a half. I'll cut my own hair with garden shears before I go back here.
