FRAUD ALERT.  FRAUD ALERT.  I would give her ZERO stars if I could but the system won't let me.  I was given a Groupon certificate for our wedding gift.  I tried contacting  Sherrie by phone and by text (she claims she has more nimble responses with texting) and after 2 WEEKS of back and forth, she was still not able to secure an appointment.  I heard every excuse ranging from "our system is down," and "i'll call you back,"  and "i'm on my way out the door...can i call you back?"  She never was able to confirm an appointment.  Finally after 2 weeks, I gave up and didn't even want to pursue it any further.  Beware because she is a fraud (at least if you're using a groupon).  I made a three-way call with Groupon and with my friend that gave us the certificate and reported her.  The funny part is shortly after I asked for a refund, she tries calling me back.  I'm sorry, but the window of time is over.  This is by far the worst GROUPON experience I've ever had and one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.  Groupon is refunding our friend her money for her gift to us, and a report is being filed to remove this vendor off of Groupon.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Healing Hands by Sherrie!  Sherrie is extremely friendly and skilled at what she does!  I would highly recommend anyone looking for an awesome massage to go here!

Extremely disorganized. DON'T GET GROUPON for this facility. Extremely difficult to work with especially with a Groupon. If you don't enjoy working with customers with a groupon then don't have one for your business!!!!! Ended up giving up and never even made it in because appointment process was so irritating.

I tried set up a couples massage through this company but had a great deal of difficulty getting in touch with healing hands, I was offered several different times. I tried to establish a time officially but nothing was ever confirmed. I tried called back several times but never received a confirmation. I would not waste my time again with this business

Groupon not recommended. Very lackadaisical appointment process, I never ended up getting what I paid for.
