I went here about a month ago. I same a female who was either a PA or NP. She walked into the room without a computer without a note pad. She did not gather my medical history or ask what medications I am taking, she wrote nothing down. This was not okay at all. She was nice and spent an adequate amount of time discussing my issues, but I am very wary to go back after this.

Dr Sundwal- is a wonderful dr. Always fit me in when i need to be seen. He does everything to figure out what's wrong. Highly recommended!!!

You have the wrong building marked - this is the Workforce Services Buidling.  Health Clinic of Utah is in the building north of this building.  How do you change this?
