I've been a patient of Dr. Klein's for over 20 years. I have the utmost faith in his medical knowledge and frequently I'm astonished by all he knows. The entire staff at HealthBridge is professional, courteous, dedicated, friendly and kind. I can't say enough good things about this practice and if I ever had to stop being a patient there I would be devastated!

When my Doctor left, Dr. Blenner, the practice handled it very poorly.  I did not find out about it until I called to confirm my appt.  I was told Dr. Blenner left the practice.  When I asked about my appointment, they said I did not have an appointment. I insisted they check because I needed a medical clearance.  Apparently, without my knowledge, they did book me with her replacement doctor.  Why did they not tell me then that Blenner was leaving the practice.

They claimed they sent me an email that Dr. Blenner was leaving... hmmm... who read junk emails?  I am sure if it was a bill they would have invested 42 cents to send my something in writting.  But, to inform me of a change in my healtchare - alls I get is an email ???  What is up with that?  ... And my first prescription from my New Doctor -- my docotor messes it up.  Still waiting for a call back from the on-call doctor.
