Doctors I had that joined Northwell Health have always been great but Northwell Health billing process is horrible and the billing department staff is less than helpful and have a "not my problem" attitude. Trying to get an appointment is awful. On hold forever, told to call back, not booking more than 2 - 3 months out which makes it hard to schedule 6-month follow up visits. When you call they are almost always fully booked. Love my doctors but Northwell Health scheduling and billing makes it hard to want to stay or recommend them to anyone.

Staff is very rude , under staffed for the amount of patients , doctors are amazing ! But what u must deal with to reach them can be wrenching .... again doctors there are amazing but the appt schedulers who take ur insurance act like someone pissed in their Cheerios
