What an unpleasant experience. Not only were the receptionists and nurses rude, the doctor i had even had the nerve to insult me on my first visit! I guess i didnt put the paper gown on fast enough for the doctor so she proceeded to call me slow and slam the door after her. As if the exam isnt uncomfortable enough, this doctor made me feel even worse. Not to mention the procedure was slow and painful. (a simple pap smear). Never will go back there.

I have never met a group of doctors with such terrible bedside manners and lack of cencern for their patients. They do not wash their hands before seeing pts, and other than checking the baby's heart rate, did not even bother to do a physical exam on me. With every doctor that I met, I thought that the next one would be better but much to my dismay that was not the case.

After taking 3 at home pregnancy test (that all came out positive) I went there to confirm it.  I go there to confirm pregnancy and they tell me it came out negitive. 
I went home bought another at home test that comes out positive.  The doctor calls two days later to apoligize saying that it turned postive when she was in the room talking to me and the staff failed to tell her. The doctor was nice but the staff is very slow and extremely rude.  I think a free clinic would have treated me better!
