Sometimes you wait way past the time you had your appointment. Ive waited an hour or longer a couple of times which can make it difficult when you have little ones with you. Also they now have a new check in system where you have to check all these boxes on an ipad type thing, which in my opinon is annoying and a waste of time. The doctors are okay tho. They do need to get another one in as i feel they are under staffed.

Doctors barely practicing medicine ("doctor" had to look at her phone for correct dosage of medication), accusatory, long wait times even after scheduled appointment, bend an arm and a leg for whoever to understand you, doesn't supply you with knowledge of the days appointment correctly, unprofessional, unnecessary visits, the list goes on.

This the worst "doctor's" office. I cannot get a refill on medication that is necessary after calling for four days. I experience chronic pain as a result of their care during childbirth - she left and no one took it seriously that it was time to deliver, not until my baby's head was out. Then eight months later the nurse practitioner questioned why I had tailbone pain. Maybe I had a bladder infection or better yet had sores on my butt. Then prescribes medication without warning of the side effects and severe withdrawal symptoms. When I complain of side effects doesn't take it seriously. Then when I try to discontinue medication find out about the black box warning that I should have received prior to taking the medication. And now they will not get back with on a prescription I do need. And I cannot reach them during business hours today. Worse care ever.

This place is disgusting and dirty, the nurses are rude and left my child to his own devices while i had to go into the bathroom to pee in a cup. Nurse just walked away. I left before I was finished and will never go back.

Can't get ahold of them when they open in the morning. Have been trying for an hour now only to get a busy tone. Wait an hour after a scheduled appointment because "they didn't know you were there" even tho you checked in 15 minutes before your appointment. Call only to get a call center that transfers you to the office only to get a voicemail recording to leave a message and NEVER get a call back after doing this 4 times. Im liking for a new doctor for my children and myself this place is unprofessional!
