The staff at the desk is amazing and that's sadly where the buck stops. Both times I went to this office I seen the same nurse and doctor and neither one of them have good bedside manner. The speak so loudly that you can hear them discussing you while you're in the room and they're at the desk, and they aren't very polite when discussing you. It seemed to me that the nurse was just rude. I got some test ran and thy called a week later with my results, but the initial reason I went it was never addressed after I got the results back. In the meantime I got sicker and ended up at urgent care where I found out I had an infection and they prescribed me a antibiotic. When my followup appointment finally came around I went back to this office. The nurse seemed agitated because I was not happy and when the doctor came in she brought my test results. She finally addressed my initial concern and said "Oh well here in your results you tested positive (for the same infection urgent care said) so that might be the cause". I was so livid because there was a month gap in between my visits to this place and for an entire month I was walking around untreated. Why wasn't I informed of this when I got the call for my test results. She had no answer for that. I wouldn't dare return to this place and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

My wife made an appointment to get help with a bout of sciatica. She needed help, understanding and education about dealing with her condition. What she got was rejection, condescension and dismissal. No one even bothered to take her vitals. She paid an office visit fee to be treated like an addict looking for pain pills. My wife did not want or ask for pain pills. She wanted treatment options. Robin the Nurse practitioner owes her her fee back and a grovelling apology. AVOID THIS FACILITY. They allow horrible people to see patients. How can I give them ZERO stars?

Nurse Practitioner Katina Hall and her CNA, Shay, were friendly and not rushed with their care. Everyone else in the office was also kind. Katina was thorough in her questions and treatment plans for each of my four daughters.

This place is horrible. If I could give it a no stars I would. The ppl that work up front are the only ones that have any respect. They lose appointments and never give u your results without having to practically beg for them. There's never anyone there but the wait time is horrible. The aprns introduce themselves as doctors which they shouldn't.You'd get seen quicker at UK hospital than you would here. And we all know how long UK's wait time is. I'd rather be seen by a 3rd world country doctor than anyone here. At least they'd know what in the hell is going on.

Every time I have to go it is always an hour wait after my appointment time before I see the doctor, even though I am the only one there. I am still waiting to get results from 4 different test, a few of them where done over a year ago, and all were important. Still waiting on x-ray results from 6 months ago. They always, ALWAYS, forget to call in prescriptions, constantly having to call them and remind. Bottom line, if there was any, and I mean any, other office that took my insurance I would go there. I would highly recommend that you do not come here.
