I have been going to this clinic since I was 15. I love the staff and Dr. Purpose is the best Dr. In the world. I love her she has been the only Dr. For me since I was a kid. I only HV one issue is the wait time can sometimes be long.

VERY unprofessional & uncaring staff. Absolutely and without a doubt THE VERY WORSE medical health facility I've ever been to! I called for a blood pressure medication refill on an early Thursday AM from PCP Dr. Sabrina Hart, & after no response I again tried on the day after, which was a Friday. I was told that she would not fill it because there was no need to; that I'm not on blood pressure meds! Completely incompetent info: I see a cardiologist & have been on blood pressure medication for about 5 yrs now. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my very worse enemy, it is that bad.

My regular doctor left the clinic and got another as a replacement, i dont like the new doctor. She doesnt do anything to help me. I recently fell on ice when we had the snow/ icy weather. I hurt my ribs bad and had to go to the hospital, the hospital didnt take any x-rays and i was hurting bad so i went to see my doctor. My doctor after learning that i didnt get any xrays she still didnt order any. And she wouldnt prescribe anything for pain. I suffered badly at the expense of the doctor and hospital. Was layed up for over 1 month and couldnt do anything. And to top things off im on medication for diabetes, my new doctor wont even refill my insulin when i need it. Im always having to wait days to get filled . during this time im having to take 20-25 units less than my prescribed dosage just so that i can have something until i get my insulin filled. I called in a refill last week, and once again im forced to take lower dosage just so i can have something in my system . I'll have to call the clinic again on monday. My doctor wont give me more than 1 vial of insulin at a time so im forced to go through this every damned week. Im calling monday to change doctors. Ive had enough of them playing with my life thinking that its some sort of game to be played !!!

They called me a few days ago wanting me to come in, i had no insurance so they were going to help me with the insurance followed by see ing the doctor, as ive been out of insulin for most of this year, my health is pretty bad, havent worked in months, so i drive an hour to them, they say oh well if you dont have insurance you have to pay out of pocket, at which point i explained to the lady at the desk they said they were going to help me with that, she tells me the insurance lady isnt there and i will need to pay out of pocket if i wanted to be seen. At this point my heart which is doing weird stuff starts up from the stress, i get out ot my car in the parking lot my wife calls, i explain im having massive palpatations and am in my car in the parking lot of doctors office and cant move cause of heart going cvrazy, she calls doctors office and explains im in need of help in their parking lot, rather then get help the lady who answered the phone kept talking over my wife and wouldnt listen, after 20 mins of being in the parking lot the pain subsided a litle, i tried to go home got on the freeway and it happens again. About 30 minutes later sitting on the side of the freeway with massive chest pains the nurse from healthpoint calls. I happend to say the words God Dam at which point she threatens to hang up on me. So i did it for her. i get home and call to ask for a supervisor, they said they would call back. Maggie calls back and tries to tell me they would never have turned me away from treatment, even tho they did she basically was just trying to cover her own butt as i could have died today in their parking lot after being refused care. This place has always been a joke they care only about money and nothing else patients included
