This is the gym we've all been looking for! It's got something for everyone from the ultraserious fitness freak to a family looking to establish healthy patterns for themselves and kids to senior citizens trying to add on a few years of fitness. Plenty of classes and programs without feeling overprogrammed. Personal training, swimming pool, sauna and ample parking. And nonjudgemental. Perfect!

I feel I joined a place where Incredibly warm and sincere people go out of their way to help me feel welcome. I love coming to the Yoga classes and am excited to take advantage of this facility with all it has to offer, along with great classes, instructors, and trainers. I am very grateful for finding this refuge to help me maintain a healthy lifestyle I deem necessary and basic to a happy life.

Not maintained, seriously filthy facilities. No etiquette - people use sauna to dry their filthy muddy sneakers. No one showers before entering hot tub, people actually go in the hot tub wearing the shorts and shirts they just worked out in. Floors are never actually cleaned, mold in showers, rotting wood around steam room and sauna, sauna is filthy (nails protruding from dirty worn-out planks). Half the showers do not work properly and has been that way for years. For a facility which charges the fee they do, anyone would expect better. Employees have told me they would never use the hot tub there - what does that tell you? Have complained to management - no one cares.

Excellent staff, and classes. Well-maintained, but some aging equipment. Affluent membership, but they often don’t clean up after themselves.
