Rude, lying thieves. The reason for not returning our deposit was because we did not clear the grass clippings out of the yard and I see in these reviews they have done the same exact thing to other people.. It was agreed and signed on our initial paperwork that lawn maintenance was included with our rent,  the people answering the phones are the rudest I have ever met.

My experience with Heartland Realty Property is and always have been a delight. They've always been prompt at fixing things in my apartment and have made any accommodation needed as stated in my lease. They go over and beyond the call of duty at best. I've been renting from this company for 2 1/2 years and I am proud to say I come home to a quiet and well kept home with lawn care included. I am glad I chose them as my realty company. 😊 Thanks Heartland Realty for your great hospitality.

I just moved in a property in Davenport managed by Heartland Realty. To start with, the rental application experience was very smooth and expeditious. I was impressed. When I moved in, I found that several repairs were needed. I sent a fax to Heartland Realty, detailing the issues. I got calls back the same day from various contractors, with the view of organizing house calls to fix all these issues. All repairs were scheduled to be done before the end of the week. 
I am thoroughly impressed with the service, professionalism and courtesy of Heartland Realty employees. Being able to interact with nice and helpful people makes a world of difference.  Thank you, I really appreciate it!

I rented from this people for almost 5 yrs .
I consider myself a very good tenant pay my rent on time , never destroy anything never was a burden to this people at all!!! When i moved out i clean the bathrooms vacum the rms, clean the refrigerator,  mop all the floors, everything was on point. So i thought i would get my deposit back or at least some of it . But they didn't give me anything back and the reasons they gave me for not returning my deposit back were very petty... i will never recommend this reality to anyone they are the worst!!!!!!!!

I have recently rented a house through Heartland.  They have gone above and beyond to help me make the move as easy as possible.  Anytime I have had a question or concern they have responded and taken care of the issue in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend Heartland Realty!
