Their is no fiduciary relationship and lies to since the beginning. Houses are put together wirh slanted outlets, holes made to big for vents and when going over the walk through pronises were made but never  fufilled. My daughter overfilled her tub for 30 second the water was half an inch and it soaked through to the doqn stairs showing the improper use of materials for the bathroom. The stonewood estates is run by self elected HOA favoritism qho has cameras facing outside his own property, brags about the cops being on his side and their called anytime he heres a 13 year old playing on a dirt bike in the back of the neighborhood in the grass. He has favoritism and when a meeting is held he appears with 15 together (proving a pre-meeting before an actual meeting) though he doesnt mind other man neighbors gawking at his daughter in her bikini in the front yard. Its actually embarrassing and makes this side of the neighborhood look bad. Nobody you actually talk to outside his "click" has a personal story of being a victim to his nice guy to your face than gossiping about you and how he plans to sabotage people with the police on his side. Which I  personally noticed multiple cop cars conversating with him, I am one 17 concerned neighbors that feel powerless. Also we were told th3 HOA was for playground, sewer and light fixtures maintenance. LIES LIES LIES! Leave your trash out an extra hour you have a threat in the mail by HOA
