I've been going here since the 1980's. Everyone is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They feel like family. (& after this many decades, they kinda are) They carry a wide variety of books and music. Which each staff member's interests are being represented by. So no matter what brings you in, you can get helpful suggestions from any one of them. Check them out, you'll be glad you went.

Though we have lived most of the past twenty plus years out of Pennsylvania we always fit in a trip to Hearts & Minds when get back to York County. We also always end-up saying "this the BEST bookstore!"
