As being a first time customer,i was kind of disappointed,until i met Sonya.She was very professional and handle the situation well.You need more employees like her. If the ladies that were working Friday night were here Saturday morning I wouldn't have come back because clothes were not done.Please give her a special bonus,for Christmas thanks Ira Moorman

I used to do my laundry here all the time before I moved into a different apartment. I came back to wash something that wouldn't fit in the washer just because I knew this place had been good. I moved my wash to the dryer and sat down in the seats at the middle of the cleaners. I turned around 10 minutes later and someone had opened the dryer with my wash partially out and I was 15 feet away. I'm currently sitting in a chair directly in front of my dryer now. I'm surprised someone hasn't tried to take the sunglasses off my head from behind. This place used to be a good place but not anymore.  I suggest driving farther to get to the part of town where people still have some decency and aren't lurking to see what they can get.
EDIT: I just found an opened, bloodied safety pin in the bedding I just washed here. This place has absolutely gone down the tubes. Repulsive.
