Staff was nice and yoga was more intense than many other places (the instructor was fit AF!). I lowered to 4 starts because of the uneven (and incredibly hot) temperature.  I've taken many hot yoga classes before and never have had a problem, but the heater seemed very old and was always on full blast. The floor was basically cold, but in standing positions breathing felt awful. They could use an upgraded building for sure.

I love this place. The minute you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed. The workout is amazing and it also helps quiet the mind. I had a class with Jillian today and I love her and all the instructors here!! Highly recommend to all who want to have a mind body workout.
