Best customer service ever! I had been given a bathouse  which turned out to have a defective landing pad. It was smooth where it should have been rough for the bats to grip. I had already had it for some time and was not in possession of a receipt. With little expectations, I contacted Heath asking for direction. Within a couple of days I received an answer from Ms. Lynnea McGeorge telling me to expect a replacement in the mail. And a few days later I did in fact receive a brand new bathouse with the proper rough landing pad. I am totally impressed with this awesome customer support and am looking forward to installing the beautiful bathouse in my yard.

This company is really good about standing behind their product. They have excellent customer service.

They don't sell to the public (wholesale only) but they make some really nice stuff.  Also a great place to work.  I know because I do. :)
