I worked at Midwest Dairy and Midwest Direct from June 2009 to June 2013 and it was by far THE BEST trucking job I've had since entering the business in 1992. Jeff Anderson the head dispatcher on the dairy side is a fair and experienced man with several decades in dispatch field. Jeff and I have known each other and worked together when I was a green horn at ETV trucking back in the day. If I needed time off at Midwest Dairy all I had to do was give a little advance warning and I was good to go. Truck problems? Jeff got it handled. Dave Isenga is the best trucking company owner I have ever worked for, hands down. I no longer work there , so I dont have a dog in the fight but I had to chime in rebuttke to the negative comments. The thing you havr have to remember about hauling milk is that does can't tell time or read a calendar. They make milk 24 7 365 a year so there's ALWAYS loads to haul. Midwest will keep you working within federal HOS guidelines but this is not a job for truck stop slackers. You gotta have hustle and be a driver that keeps that left side door closed. Great people, well maintained equipment and a great job for drivers who are willing to work. Hope this helps, tell Jeff and Dave Zach sent ya and says howdy!

This place is not what you may think... fake people running the show...and they make you feel all warn and fuzzy to get you in the door...and after a while if you have a brain you will see for yourself...they just need a warm body to put in. The driver's seat... DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE FOLKS... DISPATCH ALL THE WAY UP THE LINE!👎👎

What a joke they wait until the very last minute to tell you what they are going to pay you, which by the way is another joke. They try to get you to sign for all these fines they want to impose on you, then when you decide not to work for them and leave at the end of orientation, they report you to dac services. What a joke. Just another company that plays stupid games.
