I normally visit the Buffalo Grove location and was worried about having to see someone new and travel further. To my delight my appointment went exceptionally well! I went in for a leg wax and Kathy was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish she made my experience highly enjoyable. She was extremely attentive in making sure I was comfortable through out the entire process!  She is well worth traveling the distance to see! 
Kudos to this location in hiring her! I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks and I will absolutely be back to see her!

I used a Groupon.  Checked in at the front desk.  My services were not communicate to the masseuse.  I didn't like having to repeat myself on what I came in to get.  The parking lot is in need of repaving.  Other than that it is a quaint place with quality services.

I really like the nail technicians, they do a good job.
What I have a problem with is not getting appointment. I miss just calling in on the way from work and being able to have my nails done on the same day. Now, it's just "we are completely book." I miss the previous management.

Have had many massages here and everyone is always nice. The last one I had I  went because my back was bothering me. I have to say Maya took care of it and my back is much better.
