I've had nothing but issues with this establishment. I signed up for a membership in November and had to cancel due to expense. The front desk told me it was no problem to cancel after 6 months...but they keep charging me! On what would have been month 7, I was charged another fee. The front desk needs to have unified answers because I was told on Friday that it was no problem to refund me. When I wasn't refunded I called on Wednesday and she said I had to pay the month of May, which makes it 7 months. I just want my money back!

I would recommend this place ONLY if going for a one-off massage and not a membership. I'm so disappointed on how everything has worked out with my membership and wish I had never signed up.

The therapists are fabulous ( Love Tai, for massage  and Grace for facials). But the office staff is awful.   I was promised a future 30 minute upgrade for terrible service (literally took 45 minutes to check me out one summer afternoon). No one knew anything about it the next time I came in. They screwed up Gift Cards on numerous occasions. Plus ME raised their prices.
I tried to cancel my membership in August and was told I couldn't fill out the paperwork until the next month (ok , I get it. It was a 1 year commitment). So, I completed my cancellation paperwork on Sept. 2 and was charged  $59.95 on Sept. 26, when I was told I would not be. 
When I called to complain I was told  they would see what they could do. Whaaaat? How about refunding the money you took out of my account!!!

My fifty minute massage was about 32 minutes. The therapist  was good but the system causes a unsatisfactory visit. 5 pages of paperwork, a meeting with the front desk to review it... all a waste of time as you still tell your therapist what you want. By the time we finished the process it was after 2:50 before we even went to our rooms. Then met with the therapist. Then got undressed. Done at exactly 3:30. So at best, I'd say you're paying $59 for 30 minutes. No. Thanks.

I came here for over a year and in that time had two excellent massage therapists. Every session was tailored to my needs and made me feel worlds better!  Front staff were also very knowledgeable and inviting.

What should have been a 60 minute message was 45 minutes due to the front desk trying to sell me a membership that I had no intentions of purchasing.
