We had another exceptional stay in Tahoe! This was our first time booking through Heavenly Village Condos, and it will not be our last. Tim was a pleasure to work with and made the reservation process very easy. We have already booked again for June. The part I appreciate the most is seeing the actual room before you book. Thank you for a nice getaway.

All was wonderful except for the housekeeping staff.  The check-in people, concierge, bellmen & car hops were fantastic.  The housekeeping staff was rude.  I understand enough Spanish to know when someone is insulting my husband, when all he asked for was to take a trash bag and trade used towels with fresh ones.  And, come on, there has to be a better way to dispose of the trash rather than leaving it in the hallways.  And I don't understand why housekeeping service is not included when we paid 2K for the condo.  You've got to work on a better system for housekeeping services.  The room itself was fabulous, and we had a wonderful time, all in all.

Slightly above average prices for the area but very nice amenities and activities. Right next to the Heavenly Gondola and very close to food and entertainment in Downtown South Lake Tahoe. Will stay here again.

Awesome place!  Conveniently located in the center of everything!  The full kitchen made it possible to walk to the grocery store and cook meals in.  The two bathroom / 2 bedroom option provided lots of space and plenty of seating.  Fireplace in both rooms made a cozy environment.  Large picturesque window sitting area made for hours of people watching along Lake Tahoe Blvd.  Big screen TV and DVD player a great compliment to the room's features.  This is the place to stay while in Lake Tahoe!  Heavenly ski gondola was just steps away.  Master bathroom has a jetted tub.  The jets were a bit on the weak side for my preference but I have no complaints!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay enjoying first class accommodations. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, etc.  The staff is super friendly and courteous and seem to aim to please. The fresh baked cookies, mimosas, donuts, margaritas...such fun!  Can't say enough about this resort! Thank you!
