Add on site laundry, update a little and replace a few of the couches and you have yourself an amazing place! Our family had a good time here.

Horrible! My house has been managed by the for 2 years. In that time I had a 7 ft by 7 ft oak ceiling panel ripped from the ceiling and all the panes broken. I found it in the garage and no one was made to pay for the damage! We had to repair it and vacasa has yet to reimburse us for the repairs!!! Severe carpet stains and no one held responsible to pay for carpet cleaning/replacement. We found HUMAN URINE ON OUR LIVINGROOM CARPET called the local mgr who saw it, verified it was urine. 3 months later when we returned it was still there!!!! Once when we came to use our house I found frying pans with dried eggs on them in the cubboard!! They over work their staff. They think 1 person can clean a 2214 sq ft house well in 5 hrs after 13 people have been in it. The local managers don't have time to do their job because they are helping housekeeping! It has been OVER 3 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE SPOKEN TO A LOCAL MANAGER ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH OUR HOUSE even though I have called, left messages, texted, emailed, called local area managers and their HQ asking assistance! The pool table was broken with beer pong, no one was held respinsible. I receive mailed ads from vacasa asking to manage our tahoe property, they don't even notice I am a client! They went to supplied linens 2 months ago because they couldn't keep linens straight & we ended up with brown and orange towels from someone else's house in our blue bathrooms! They charged me 421.00 for new white linens. They will chg me this every yr! For this fee, I received 13 bath and 13 wash clothes, 2 bath mats, no sheets for the 13 beds. Someone in Reno took all the info for our house from vacasa's site and placed our house on Craig's List as their house! Common prob but vacasa doesn't monitor for this to protect their customers from fraud!! STAY AWAY FROM VACASA!!!!
