Unfortunately I won't be donating here again. I was treated like my donations were not wanted. Like they were trash. I could just throw these items away but I go to the work of bagging them and driving to your thrift store and I can see they are not appreciated. Plenty more places to donate. Hopefully you will look in bags and see the awesome coats that someone can use this time of year.

Clothes are overpriced, I spent hours browsing the store to find 3 items I liked, one of which, they wouldnt let me buy. Never in my life have I had someone in retail refuse to sell me an item. They said because someone ripped the tag off, they couldn't sell it to me. When I asked the supervisor what I could do to buy it, she told me I couldn't, referred to all their customers as their children, implying they need to baby them because people rip off the tags to get cheaper prices, and went on to tell me how she's not going to lose her job over a tank top. I didn't rip the tag off and I'm not a child, check yourself lady. I would have paid w.e they wanted for the tank top, and I stated so, it was ridiculous, and they were all extremely rude about it despite their defense as I pointed it out before I left. None of them were kind, which lead to me not being so nice in return, because there was 0 customer service skills applied to the situation. Coming from someone who has spent nearly a decade working retail & customer service, get it together, you're selling recycled trash.

FORMALLY IMPACT THRIFT. I HOPE IT IS JUST A NAME CHANGE AND NOT A COMPLETE STORE CHANGE. ONE OF MY FAVORITE THRIFT STORES. ALWAYS A LARGE SELECTION OF FURNITURE, BUT I WAIT FOR SALE OR COUPON DAYS . I SCORED SOME 3 DOLLAR CHAIRS (SOLID WOOD AND AM RECOVERING THE SEATS) AND YESTERDAY I SNAGGED A Rachel ZOE FAUX FUR JACKET FOR 10 BUCKS AND SOME MCM CANISTERS FOR 4.00
