I wish there is non star option to give them! I ordered a dress online and they supposedly contact me to confirm the order, but now it's been a week and nobody bothered to contact me, or answer my phone call!! They give me the feeling of being a scam or fake!! I don't know how to reach them because they don't have the option of emailing them, they don't answer phone calls, and they only sent an automated confirmation of the dress which you can't reply to!! They are the weirdest!! They didn't even asked me for payment to make the order, BUT I am so thankful I didn't give them any payment method because I'm pretty sure they are a scam!

UPDATE: SCREW THEM! I paid for my wedding dress and was going in to check on how it was going and they were closed! Gone! No one not even the landlord knows where they went! They stole my $1500 dollars! I love this place. They made both my junior and senior prom dress custom for me and they were perfect. I just got engaged and once I get back to the area will be looking to them to make my wedding dress.

It was the worst experience ever. Do Not go to Willow Grove VIP fashion. Some of the dresses there looked nice, but everything was slightly out of order. Not a big deal, but the service was the huge problem. First of all, the one lady asked for my size. After giving her my size, she rudely asked me again. Replying again nervously, she rolled her eyes and claimed I wasn't that size. Then while changing, another woman was yelling at them because they claimed that they would do her daughter's alterations, but suddenly they couldn't on the day she came to get it or give them the dress. I knew I was not getting a dress from there. There is another dress store in Willow Grove that I completely recommend. Unfortunately I forgot the name.

I got both my junior prom dress and senior prom dress at VIP Fashion and I couldn’t recommend a better store. Before finding out at VIP through mutual friends, I tried a few prom dress stores in the mall and also some big corp. dress stores and had no luck. Some locations would only let you try three dresses and that was it and the others provided barely any customer assistance and it was just so hard to find a dress that caught my eye. At VIP, I was instantly greeted by a very sweet girl and she helped me through the whole process of finding my dress after asking me some questions about what I had in mind. In fact, the dress I ended up buying was nothing like what I had in mind, but the girls all had input on what styles would look good on me and they were so right! In addition to the sales girls, the manager was so nice, she gave me this great deal on the dress to get a free accessory to match. This prom season, I really recommend going to VIP Fashion, they will help you find the dress you really love.

This place has awesome customer service. The staff is nice and friendly and are patient with you no matter how picky you are(like me.) Also, their dresses are beyond beautiful I got all my prom dresses from here and I don't regret it. Would recommend this place for the prom season as weddings!
